Wolfgang Kröpfl, MBA

Since enso GmbH’s shift to focus on asset management in 2008, Wolfgang has been managing director of the company. From the very beginning, Wolfgang took part in the foundation of enso group and led the company’s acquisition activities in Southeast Europe.

Project selection and project management as his areas of responsibility demand the highest level of knowledge of local markets and the ability to swiftly establish a local network.

In a professional career spanning more than 20 years, Wolfgang gained extensive experience in project development, most notably in automation technology and electromechanics of hydropower plants. From 2003 to 2009 he was Managing Director of HW Elektrotechnik GmbH, member of the Hereschwerke Group, which he had joined in 1996. Prior to that, the graduate electrical engineer was Managing Director of KONRAD Mess- und Regeltechnik GmbH predominantly implementing power plant engineering projects for Hartmann & Braun as well as Siemens.

Sanem Eren

Sanem is ann enthusiastic and result-driven professional with a proven record of successes in finance, accounting and asset management gained from over fifteen years’ experience in international companies both abroad and Turkey. Highly result-focused, demonstrating excellent analytical, negotiation and project management and implementation experience with a recognized ability to lead or work within teams to achieve targets and objectives under pressure and tight deadlines, she joined our team in 2017.

Ylli Halili

Ylli Halili started his work at enso as a project manager in Albania in 2013. Before that, the civil engineer who graduated at the University of Technology in Graz, worked for Alpine Bau GmbH as a division manager in bridge construction for large projects. He brought in his experience in construction and was responsible for putting into operation of one of the largest projects at enso. Since the end of 2017 he has been Managing Director in Albania.
